• Material: Black vegan leather (PU) with silver hardware. PVC window display

• Bag Dimensions: Approximately 12 inches (height) x 7.5 inches (width) x 3.25 inches (depth)

• Strap Length: Longest - 45.5 inches | Shortest - 25.75 inches

• Please remember for strap lengths, I have only measured the straps. I did not include the measurement of the body of the bag, as that will also contribute to the circumference once the strap is clipped on and adjusted to your measurements

• Pockets: 1 main zippered pocket, 1 window zippered pocket, 1 zippered back pocket, 1 small zippered interior pocket, 1 open pocket

• Window Display Pocket: Approximately 8.5 inches x 7 inches (measured from maximum length and width)

APRIL 2ND - APRIL 8TH : Pre-orders open
MAY - JULY: Bags put into mass production
AUGUST - SEPTEMBER: Bags finish production, shipped to me by sea
OCTOBER - NOVEMBER: Quality checking, cleaning, etc.
NOVEMBER - DECEMBER: Ship out to customers, fulfillment

*The timeline is subject to change depending on the quantity of bags pre-ordered, the state of the pandemic, the manufacturer, the shipping service. Any unprecedented events that could change the timeline will be communicated through updates emails and posts! I have also over-estimated how long the bags should take, so hopefully they come a little sooner than expected.*

• Pre-orders is the purchase of an item BEFORE it is available in my shop! You'll be guaranteed a Standard Grade Bag, as well as extra freebie pins!

• Payments are collected at the time of purchase - there is not an option to pay at a later date. Your payment is used to fund these bags as this is a PRE-ORDER and similar to how Kickstarters work. 

• Wait time will be about 4-8 months after the pre-order closes, possibly longer if there are delays. You will be charged immediately, but I will be sending out updates via email and blog posts here in my shop for buyers to follow along! I will put the bags into production once the pre-order window is closed in order to accurately determine how many bags will be made!

• Communication is a top priority in building trust between my buyers and me, so these emails will be personally sent at least once a month.

• Pre-orders will be open from April 2nd at 10AM PST - April 8th at 11:59PM PST! Anyone who orders within this time period will be guaranteed a Standard Grade bag. Pre-orders will not be available again unless inventory has sold out, including in-hand bags! This means that most likely, these bags won't be available in my shop again until 2024 unless pre-orders are fulfilled much earlier than expected!

• For pre-orders, I use Stripe to accept card payments. Stripe accepts major cards including:

  • VISA

  • VISA Debit

  • MasterCard

  • Discover

  • JCB

  • American Express

• Payments are collected at the time of purchase - there is not an option to pay at a later date. Your payment is used to fund these bags as this is a PRE-ORDER and similar to how Kickstarters work. 

• I will not be able to take payments via PayPal for pre-orders. PayPal prohibits sellers from using PayPal as a form of payment for pre-orders unless you can fulfill the pre-order within 20 days. Sellers who do not follow this policy is subject to getting their accounts locked and funds ceased. I want to make sure I follow their policies to avoid any issues with PayPal. Below is a screenshot of PayPal's policy for pre-orders:

• I will continue to use PayPal for in-hand, ready-to-ship items but not pre-orders. I cannot risk my account being frozen when I use pre-order funds to pay for production.

• If you rely on PayPal to make payments, I strongly recommend you wait until the bags are in-hand and ready-to-ship later in the year.

• Each pre-ordered bag will be $62 + shipping (plus tax for CA residents)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• USPS will be used to ship all pre-orders! USPS uses Zone Based Pricing which means they calculate shipping rates based on weight AND distance. Please refer to the zones below and the corresponding shipping estimates in the chart! *Note: In summary, rates are higher the farther you are from Southern California, as my shop is based in SoCal*

• USPS Parcel Select Shipping: Ground shipping. Cheapest shipping available. Includes tracking. Delivery in 2-8 business days.

• USPS Priority Mail Shipping: Includes tracking AND insurance of up to $100. Delivery in 1-4 days.

CANADA SHIPPING

• USPS will be used to ship all pre-orders to Canada! Customers will be responsible for any VAT/customs/additional fees that your country may collect for you to receive your package

• Packages will include tracking and insurance. Below is a chart of how much shipping would be for 1 or 2 bags. If purchasing more, please email me at pinnyplanet@gmail.com!

• PRODUCTION: Delays may occur due to the pandemic or manufacturing issues. The timeline is an estimation based on the state of the world and my manufacturer. There have been times when my bags did not meet my expectations quality-wise, and I personally had hundreds remade to make sure my customers received the best quality bags I can offer. In the event any delays occur, this will all be communicated with my buyers.

• REFUNDS: Pre-order funds will go directly into production of the bags. Therefore, once pre-orders are made, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. I will not withhold payment when a refund is being requested, and I will give a refund if it is requested. But I will be reviewing the matter and if any emails/messages seem suspicious or threatening, you will be black-listed from making orders from my shop in the future. If there are any issues with the bag you receive, we can discuss the next steps on how to resolve the matter. Please manage your finances accordingly before placing any pre-orders. 

• QUALITY: Due to the handmade nature of pin ITA bags, minor imperfections may be present. However, I will do my best to give my pre-order buyers the highest quality bags possible! If there are bags with noticeable imperfections but no compromise in functionality, they will be listed in my store as B Grade bags.
